If you’re a front sleeper, you might experience neck strain, facial pressure, and even breathing difficulties over time. Our pillow system is designed to gently guide you from front sleeping to a more comfortable side position. This transition can help reduce pressure on your face, alleviate neck pain, and promote better spinal alignment. Enjoy a more restful, rejuvenating sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free!
The attached set of Illustrations set out a basic series of postural changes that will slowly transform your sleep position step by step, over a period of weeks or even months.
Please note that these are simply guidelines based on my own personal experience.
If you find other similar changes that suit you better, please feel free to try them, and we would love to hear what these are.
We suggest starting from whatever your current position is, and then slowly moving to the next appropriate position and adapting the ModPodSystem to support you in each new position.
Remember, we are trying to de programme habits that began shortly after birth, so you might need to be patient.
Personally I found that small incremental changes lasting at least a week before progressing on to the next produced the best results.
It might take three to six months before you arrive at your desired position, and you can expect some sleep disruption each time a change is made.
We recommend you view our demonstration video where I show you the basics of how to choose the right combination of pillows, and how to adapt the Main Body Pillow to your specific needs.
If you find that you actually prefer your own head pillow or knee pillow, then please feel free to incorporate them as you wish.
